These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Plumbing Call Flow (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is owned and operated by Ira Blatt & Associates, doing business as Plumbing Call Flow (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate as a U.S. sole proprietorship.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.


1. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age

Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

Provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, and business information


2. Service Description

Plumbing Call Flow provides business support tools for plumbing contractors and service professionals, which may include:

An AI-powered voice answering agent designed to respond to inbound phone calls on your behalf

Lead capture and call routing tools

A professionally branded website or landing page

Optional messaging or automation features, including (but not limited to) SMS-based responses such as missed-call text-back, if offered

Optional add-on services which may include social media content creation or posting tools

Specific features may change over time and may vary by plan or add-on.


3. Best Efforts Performance

The Service is designed to assist with handling inbound communications and lead capture but is not a substitute for human judgment or availability.

Business outcomes such as call connection rates, lead quality, bookings, or revenue depend on many factors outside our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

From time to time, software- and AI-assisted systems may experience limitations such as minor transcription inaccuracies or misinterpretation of caller input. These occurrences are inherent to automated communication tools and are not representative of typical system performance.

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and occasional interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability may occur.


4. Subscription & Billing

The Service operates on a subscription billing model.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel

Certain plans may include a monthly allotment of AI voice usage minutes at no additional charge. If usage exceeds the included minutes for your plan:

Additional usage may be billed separately

Overage usage will be charged at rates determined by the underlying costs incurred by Plumbing Call Flow or at rates disclosed at the time of billing

Pricing, usage limits, and billing terms may change with notice.


5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Access to the Service may continue until the end of the current paid period


6. Payments & Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance and usage-based charges are billed as incurred.
The initial one-month subscription fee is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding any usage-based charges incurred beyond the included AI voice minutes.

Because the Service provides immediate access to digital tools, configurations, and AI-powered features, fees paid compensate for access to and availability of the Service rather than for any specific business outcome.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including telemarketing, consumer protection, or data privacy laws

Send unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or harmful communications

Misrepresent your identity, licensing, or business credentials

Abuse or attempt to exploit messaging or calling systems

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination without refund.


8. Contractor Compliance Responsibility

You operate your business independently and remain responsible for conducting it in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your services and location.

If optional services such as social media content creation, automated posting, or marketing assistance are enabled, you authorize Plumbing Call Flow to create and publish such content on your behalf. Optional marketing-related services, if enabled, are provided to support your efforts to attract and engage plumbing customers. Responsibility for ensuring that marketing materials align with your business practices remains with you.


9. Data, Privacy & Communications

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to:

The collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy

Communications related to your account, billing, or service updates


10. Service Availability & Changes

We may update or adjust parts of the Service from time to time as we continue to improve it. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.


11. Limitation of Liability

Any liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount of your base subscription fee paid for the most recent one-month subscription period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Usage-based charges, including AI voice or similar consumption-based fees remain the responsibility of the subscriber.


12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, the Service is misused, or fraudulent activity or chargebacks occur.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
