
LEAD PORTAL HUB — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Lead Portal Hub website (the “Portal”).
The Portal is operated by Ira Blatt & Associates and is used to request, configure, and activate services provided by the Plumbing Call Flow platform (the “Service”).
By submitting information, creating an account, or completing checkout through this Portal, you agree to these Terms.
After activation, ongoing service usage is governed by the Plumbing Call Flow Terms of Service.
1. Purpose of the Portal
Lead Portal Hub is an onboarding and account provisioning system.
The Portal allows you to:
• request service activation
• submit business configuration details
• authorize subscription billing
• prepare AI Phone Agent setup
• receive onboarding instructions
The Portal itself does not perform live call handling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter a binding business agreement on behalf of your business.
You agree to provide accurate contact, business, and billing information.
3. Service Activation Relationship
Submitting payment authorizes account provisioning and setup work to begin.
Service functionality may not be immediately available while configuration is completed.
Once provisioning is complete, the account becomes operational under the Plumbing Call Flow platform.
Operational features — including call answering, summaries, and optional messaging — are governed solely by the Plumbing Call Flow Terms of Service, which apply after activation.
4. Billing Authorization
By completing checkout, you authorize Ira Blatt & Associates to charge your payment method for:
• recurring subscription fees
• usage-based charges based on call activity and call duration after activation
• applicable taxes or regulatory fees
Usage charges are incurred when the assigned service phone number is used for inbound or outbound calls and are measured based on connected call time.
Charges may occur on different dates within a billing cycle depending on usage and activation timing.
Usage charges are not capped and vary based on call volume.
5. Setup Period
After signup, the system is prepared and configured for your business before it becomes available for use.
If you need to correct submitted information during this setup period, please contact support.
Once the system is available for use, ongoing account management and cancellation are handled within the Plumbing Call Flow platform according to its service terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• submit false business information
• impersonate another business
• attempt to fraudulently obtain service
• interfere with onboarding systems
We may refuse or cancel onboarding if misuse is detected.
7. No Guarantee of Business Results
The Portal is administrative in nature and does not guarantee leads, bookings, or revenue.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through this Portal is handled according to the Lead Portal Hub Privacy Policy.
After activation, operational service data is governed by the Plumbing Call Flow Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability related to Portal use is limited to amounts paid during the onboarding transaction.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or business losses arising from signup or configuration delays.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
